Are you a moving company?

And gravel drives or creek cabins — do those add to the cost?
Not at all, as long as you mention it before we quote. Tons of the cabins tucked along Crooked Creek and the lanes branching off Hwy 7 sit way back behind a stretch of gravel, and we factor that carry into the figure from the start. Because the price is a binding flat rate, that gravel stretch never reappears as some 'tough access' upcharge once we're parked out front — it was already counted in the number on your signed quote.

We tally up everything that's relocating, then present a single fixed amount for your sign-off before the day arrives — and that amount is your bill. A long day on the job won't raise it, and nobody's going to reclassify your safe as 'oversized' to pad it. The one thing that nudges the total is you choosing to add goods or services afterward. No stopwatch is quietly running on the side.
Will you handle a long-distance move out of the Ozarks?
Absolutely. Could a winter ice storm throw off our scheduled date?
We build our plans around that risk instead of crossing our fingers. What does a typical in-town move come with?
Your local rate covers the movers, the truck and its fuel, moving pads and blankets, stretch wrap, hand trucks, floor protection, and the routine disassembly and reassembly of beds and ordinary furniture. Need boxes and supplies or a full hands-off packing job? Those get itemized on their own so you're charged strictly for what you actually use.
Suppose a piece does get scratched in transit — then what?
